Those who have started heart meditation have experienced wonderful changes in their lives - releasing depression, anger, grief ... experiencing relief from physical ailments. 
No experience is needed. Everyone has a Heart (not talking about your physical heart) and everyone can learn this very simple technique. We will end with a 20-30 minute group healing session. No special clothing or equipment required. Just come as you are - with your heart and your smile
