Open Heart Workshops: Events & Practices

Level 1 Open Heart Workshop is a practical and experiential workshop designed to help the participant to feel the beauty of blessings in the heart. The exercises in this workshop will show you how to reduce the domination of the brain and strengthen your heart connection, bringing abundant joy, peace, and calm into your life. Level 1 Open Heart Workshop helps you to become attuned and better able to feel your heart.

Level 1 Goals:

• getting to know your heart better
• getting to know heart/feeling and brain/thoughts
• better strengthening your heart
• lessening the domination from your brain
• opening your heart through OPEN HEART MEDITATION
• realizing True Source's Blessing within your heart
• surrendering more to True Source
• relying on True Source's Blessing within your heart in praying and living your daily life
• letting your heart become more dominant in your daily life
