Open Heart Workshop Level 1

These workshops are a wonderful way to strengthen your heart so that you can experience more peace, calmness and joy in your daily life. They will equip you with the understanding and tools that you need to connect and stay centered to better manage day-to-day emotions and stresses

Level 1 Open Heart Workshop gently guides you to be able to feel and strengthen your heart more, so that every moment you can experience the peace and calmness that lies within. The Instructor also focuses on strengthening the fundamental steps to the meditation practice, ensuring a strong foundation.

You will learn to:

• get to know your heart better
• get to know heart / feeling and brain /thoughts better
• strengthen your heart
• lessening the domination from your brain
• open your heart through OPEN HEART MEDITATION
• realize True Source's Blessing within your heart
• surrender more to True Source
• rely on True Source's Blessing within your heart in praying and living your daily life
• let your heart become more dominant in your daily life
